Is the Nexus 5 not considered a 'powerful' device?
Wait don't go yet - where do you see Instagram in five years?
Android users are going to be so disappointed if they have to wait until the Nexus 6 to download Hyperlapse.
So a user will be able to combine the powers of a native time-lapse feature and stabilize it through Hyperlapse. Now that I have actually taken the time to think about it I'm truly impressed.
Maybe Instagram saw the Microsoft project and decided to push their product out as soon as possible, hence no Android version yet. Also helps them give them an edge over Horizon, although a similar tactic failed to have them squash Vine. Full disclosure: I have no idea what I am talking about.
The day that PACER gets fixed is the day judges stop using WordPerfect.
Wow, I haven't been to Wimp in a while and it looks totally different now. It used to be so elegantly simple.

You hear that? That's the sound of Google's Business Strategy team cueing Wagner's 'Ride of the Valkyries'.
I believe this is actually the logical conclusion of the Internet.
You're forgetting about the smartphones, bro. Smartphones. It's DIFFERENT this time.

>Maria Trisler is often dismissed early from her shifts at a McDonald’s in Peoria, Ill., when the computers say sales are slow. The same sometimes happens to Ms. Navarro at Starbucks.
Reminds me of the beginning of Marshall Brain's novella 'Manna':
>Manna was connected to the cash registers, so it knew how many people were flowing through the restaurant. The software could therefore predict with uncanny accuracy when the trash cans would fill up, the toilets would get dirty and the tables needed wiping down.

nextmuni.com is pretty good as far as real-time position information goes. I don't think I've even looked at a published schedule for the last decade.
Lyft in NYC is virtually a different company from what I can tell. I guess the sharing economy model for vehicle ownership isn't scaleable in NYC since so few people own cars. It went from 'riding with your best friend' to riding in a black car with a pink mustache.
So if it's marked as a duplicate, the original submitter loses visibility and is not even followed up with on whether there was a resolution? Is there a way to include an outside submitter on an original ticket or bug filed internally? I am pretty much clueless on the standard procedure of most big tech companies when it comes to these things.
I never thought of Zillow being the bigger company until I compared their listings to Trulia's. Looks like Zillow has been acquiring other real estate sites like crazy over the past few years to get to where they are now. Pretty impressive. However I feel like the Zestimates are still not very accurate. Not even sure how they get those estimates. Can anyone shed some light on this?
Also, I wonder how long it will be until Amazon acquires Zillow and 'homes' will be listed in departments.
Does anyone know what the conversion rate is for these interns?

Will the syncing of Mac and iOS have a significant impact on the battery life of the iPhone? I noticed MightyText takes up significant energy on my Nexus 5.
Life is just parody of itself these days.
Edit: And yes, Yahoo did something similar:
It turns out Mayer herself played a pivotal role, working with Yahoo's design team (and an intern) to design the new logo over the course of a single weekend. "I’m not a pro, but I know enough to be dangerous," Mayer says of her Adobe Illustrator know-how. "We knew we wanted a logo that reflected Yahoo — whimsical, yet sophisticated," she writes. "Modern and fresh, with a nod to our history."

Shouldn't eBay have emailed all their customers by now? Why are we learning about this through a blog post?
