I live on the keyboard, and the extension I used to move through Google results with j/k — Web Search Navigator — stopped being maintained (last update 2023) and started breaking as Google changed its markup. So I built and now actively maintain a replacement.Search Navigator lets you:- move through results with j/k or arrows, open with Enter (Cmd/Ctrl = new tab)- switch tabs from the keyboard:...
Very interesting. The maze is very difficult. Tries 2k+ generations with various params but can't let them go out of local optimal solution. They straightly just go up.
Search Navigator is an chrome extension that lets you browse Google Search without touching the mouse. It is Manifest V3 compatible and tiny (< 60 KB).
Usage:
- j/k (↓/↑): next/prev result
- h/l (←/→): prev/next page
- Enter: open (Ctrl/Cmd=new tab, Shift=new window)
- a/i/v/n/s: switch All/Images/Videos/News/Shopping
- m/y: jump to Maps/YouTube (with current query)
YouTube support is experimental—results navigation may be flaky.

Would love your thoughts on UX, feature ideas, or any edge cases I’ve missed. Thanks!

Thanks for trying. I'm sorry after this post, I released newer version on May 18 and every simulation is precomputed. So, no waiting!

Hello HN! I’ve just released an interactive 3D Ising model simulator built with Next.js. It’s a teaching/demo tool for exploring phase transitions and critical phenomena in ferromagnets.## Key Features- Real-time 3D visualization: See a central 2D slice through a 32×32×32 periodic lattice- Adjustable parameters: Sweep the dimensionless coupling strength (βJ = J/kBT) through the critical point...

I developed an AI tool that automates contact form submissions for marketing. Simply select target companies from a list, and our LLM automatically fills out and submits forms for you.
I created this because user acquisition was always the most time-consuming part of my previous product development and sales efforts. While currently limited to the Japanese market, I hope it can help those doing...

Hi HN,I created Search Navigator, a lightweight Chrome extension that lets you navigate Google search results with keyboard shortcuts. I built this because existing similar tools no longer work with Manifest V3, and I wanted a solution that’s fast, simple, and reliable.Current features:
j / k: Move up and down through search results
h / l: Navigate between search result pages
Enter: Open the...

Hi HN!I’m excited to share Wallpaper Group Visualizer, a tool I built to help people explore and enjoy the fascinating world of wallpaper groups.Wallpaper groups describe the symmetries found in repeating patterns, like those in tiles, textiles, and wallpapers. They're rooted in math, but they're also incredibly artistic! This tool lets you interactively explore these patterns and understand...

Hi, bachmitre. Thanks. I made this to consume articles while I go running outside. How was it? Why are you creating something like this?
I am interested in how OP tested idea before making this product. I had similar idea but many people disliked AI voice, so I didn't make it.
I have a master degree of physics. I studied particle physics. I couldn't understand well when I was a student. I still sometimes open a book and study it.

I just archive emails. I no longer use labels.
I'm in the same boat. I have tried GCP and AWS, and they sound too robotic. Do you convert articles you wrote or random articles? The reason I'm asking is because I'm thinking about new project that works like Descript and that is much easy to use.
Sounds nice. I'm interested in making business based on TTS
Do you convert articles and listen to them?
That's nice. This will be the last question, how long is your flight? My flight will be 10 hours.
Thanks. I checked Sturdi's carriers. It's a little bit over my budget, but looks nice for an in-cabin flight. I see you can bring cats to restroom with a litter box. Now I can imagine better how an in-cabin flight is like. My worries are faded. Thank you so much!
Hey. I checked your site. It suggests Alaska Airlines, Japan Airlines, All Nippon Airlines and Air Canada. Do they allow cats under seats, or should cats go to a cargo room? It is huge difference. Thanks!
Thank you for sharing your experience. It is really appreciated. I'm glad to know that you can put a litter box under seats and get away with cats. Thank you so much.
You're doing really great jobs. Thank you so much. I'll check it!
Thank you for sharing your experiences. How was toilet and food for cats? Did they cry all the time?
yeah, it's really hard. I wanted to engage with 100 users to understand them better to prioritize features. So, I made a discord server, WhatsApp group, kanban page where a user can post. I sometimes post update information there and ask for feedback. They seldom show up. However, some of them keep using it and report a bug. They might want to keep the distance hahaha.
I want to bring my two cats from Tokyo to California. Only possible choose is American airlines where I can bring them beneath seats. I'm interested in another ways.
Thanks for asking! I use an API by GCP and don't train(transfer) on my own.
Do you train your own model?
