In some sense, any art can’t be random in order to be distinguishable from noise
In this case it’s not because this subthread is specifically about comparing abuse levels in other industries and further whether the product should be banned or the abusive practice should be investigated and eliminated.
Depends upon the canon of construction for written contracts that you accept as correct.
They already bucket when context goes above 200k
OP was talking about journalists attesting to the authenticity of video they produce
Hey, I’d be interested in your thoughts on this, or the key ideas/research results you relied on:
Personally I am waiting for the day I can realistically buy a second hand three year old datacentre GPU so I can run Kimi K2 in my shed. Given enough time, not a pipe dream. But 10 years at least.
Hey, I’m interested in what you call “agentic search”. Did you roll your own or are you using a set of integrated tools?
I’ve used LightRAG and looking to integrate it with OpenWebUI and possibly air weave which was a show HN earlier.
My data is highly structured and has references between documents, so I wanted to leverage that structure for better retrieval and reasoning.
Extensions without going through the App Store is one
Why don’t get sued into usefulness when issues inevitably arise in properties they’ve inspected?
When you pay an expert and rely on their opinion, you have recourse
These tools require API calls which usually aren’t priced like the consumer plans
You don’t need a key for aistudio.
The key element for a bona fide sale at common law is the buyer’s absence of knowledge of the defective title of the seller.
Not sure how US courts have interpreted this requirement but that’s the onus and I believe it rests on the third party buyer (to show absence of knowledge through evidence).
In that case the claim is against the thief only.
It’s not war in terms of international law if it’s internal. Not clear cut that it’s not internal, but there’s nuance.

I believe the argument goes like this: "fiat" depends on a declaration by a government that something has value. The way a government does that is by declaring something legal tender and accepting taxes denominated in that currency.
Contrast with a time when currency was pegged to a physical asset like gold and GBP so no depreciation in something like 300 years. Savings actually had meaning.
Human rights are intimately woven into International Law and state sovereignty. The work of the TWAIL scholars is relevant, especially as regards how human rights are deployed to undermine the sovereignty of the global south following the rapid “decolonisation” of the mid 20th century.
I’m afraid it’s almost impossible to divorce politics and human rights.
The idiomatic equivalent is "case in point"
Not sure about English law but in Roman law (and derived systems as in South Africa) the emphasis is on specific performance as a first resort — the court will seek to implement the intention of the parties embodied in the contract as far as possible.
Cancellation is a last resort.
One simple way of quantifying this is (amt/cost of harm) * (risk of occurrence)
It doesn't work on a site I tried, and I'm interested in premium. Do you fix websites for premium users?

Hey,
Out of interest, what does your stack look like to do this and how do you use the information? What front end do you use?
Could you elaborate on the prompting strategies you have used that are more effective?
This has been my dream, inspired from watching the Jetsons when I was younger
