Unfortunately, I won't go to college if I fail.
Are you a C++ programmer?
Yes, I'll be getting questions like write a program which prints table from 11 to 20 upto multiple of 10 and write a program which tells the difference between two integers and some more questions like these. I already know PHP and JavaScript, so I've a good idea of how programs work, but C++ is fully object oriented and they're totally different from PHP's OOP except the curly braces.
This sounds nice. Do you know where I can find one?

Insanely good high performance laptops.

I want to buy a new laptop which can multitask, edit videos, make music, code and run heavy applications smoothly. I want it to have at least a i5 or i7 4th generation processor and 6 to 8 GB of ram, better if it's upgradable. And it's screen should be 12 to 14 inch, as I travel a lot so I want it to be handy. And I don't need a gaming laptop, I'm not a gamer and price is not an issue.

What to do when you've nothing to do?

Hi, I'm Nikk and I have unlimited internet, lot of free time and a never ending thirst of knowledge, but right now I've no idea what to do and I'm sure some of you might have been in the same situation too, so what you guys did? I've been in this situation before and I used to learn about HTML, CSS, JS, Go, Python, but now I want to do something else. Something fun.

Re:Ask HN: How do you learn new english word? on Monday August 26, 2013 @12:25PM (#6278016)
Check out Urban Dictionary. They add new words daily plus they have word of the day and lot more, but the words are just too kind of, UHMMM... Well, they don't make much sense. To me they just don't seem so genuine and usable in daily conversations, anyway check it out yourself. - http://urbandictionary.com

Yeah, that's where the Apple's Retina Display shines.

Mac for decent performance, beautiful apps and development environments to work in and amazing built quality. Apple always does good in hardware, but for that price, you can get a lot better.

ThinkPad, really good performance, good graphics and battery life.

And if performance is only what you care about (not $) then why don't you take a look at Razor laptops. I know, I know, that's a gaming laptop company, but there laptops are made out of the best and definitely the best laptop I have ever used. Plus they have a snake symbol on the back which is company's logo and which I love as I'm a Python programmer.
