Looking at the page you'd find a disclaimer that it's not associated with Google .
Legal disclaimer shows jurisdiction of the website seems to be Akola, Maharashtra , India.

AMD lumps together Enterprise (meaning mostly data center), Embedded (self-explanatory) and Semi-Custom(= consoles) into one number. This number has gone up 286% year over year. Not data center.
