Re:Did anyone here use EyeEm before it shut down? on Wednesday February 25, 2026 @03:21PM (#47157280)
I was a very regular EyeEm user - I liked that it was not instagram and I just posted my fav clicks there and it was a really cool repository of my photo collection. I liked that there was not much social aspect to it. It was more around just discovering new styles of photography and getting inspired. Did anyone else felt the same?
Re:Ask HN: Do subagents stop making sense at some point? on Thursday February 19, 2026 @07:17PM (#47081847)
So even if things become cheaper to run and faster to run there will always be a use case for a submodel?

Ask HN: Routing LLM queries to respective best model

Ask HN: Memory limitation with cursor parallel agents

I spoke to a friend of a company that you all have probably heard of 10b+ val. They currently have a problem where the engineers are not able to run more than 5 instances of their server locally. They want to run more instances (10) so that AI agents can work on these and everyone is 10x more productive. My answer to this was to remotely host instances and let cursor work on it. He also said the...

Ask HN: Analogy of AI IDEs for code vs. "AI IDEs" for personal health data

I’ve been thinking about a parallel between cursor like IDEs and what health data unification might look like.Today, my health “signal” is fragmented across: 1. Clinical records (EHR, labs, diagnoses, meds, doctor notes) 2. Wearables (sleep, HR, HRV, activity — high-frequency streams) 3. Life context (work schedule, stress proxies, travel, finances, routines)What I want is something like an IDE...

They were pretty good, I also used ChatGPT health that OpenAI released few days back which is said to be more grounded. So I wouldn't be too worried about hallucinations.

I always resisted looking at their website/doc with long list of numbers/tests. This was easier.

Ask HN: Are you underutilizing your insurance too?

Yesterday, I had this thought of not using my insurance to full potential last year. So since this year is just starting out and I have a KP insurance I decided to understand what am I missing out on. I realized there's a lot. I had no clue that lot of preventive visits, tests are offered for free generally. I decided to then make up a custom GPT just for me to continue understanding it and...

For now I want to do it just to be part of it honestly, I feel I do good rn fitness wise but by taking part in it I do see an improvement, then I wouldn't actually mind focusing on exceeding my current fitness goals.
But wouldn't you say gamifying it makes it less unpleasant and more interesting? But yes agree with your general thought on this.
that makes sense, all the best for your next stretch!

Ask HN: Observed a behaviour amongst my peers around Fitness

So I have a big friend circle mostly from the tech. Recently, I have observed some interesting patterns. 3 of my friend groups have whatsapp groups for accountability of working out daily and it seriously has transformed couple of people in my group. Also monthly leaderboards seem to be really driving them. Do any of you have experienced similar patterns in your circle? I don't own a fitness...
