One of the first things I noticed was the video sizing. The default size seemed too small but the larger size was not view able without scrolling down past so all of the top nav controls where out of the way. Making video like a click to resize type thing would be pretty cool.
(just resizing the browser content also seems to be a suitable solution too however)

I'm 20 in US, east coast. obviously there are random jobs like janitor, garbage man, etc. that I could probably land and make maybe $5k-$10k more at. Point is this is a foot in the door towards software development. Compared to my peers whom are waiting tables and working retail, this is a pretty good gig.

This is awesome! If you start getting a lot of traffic and want to monetize, I suggest making sure your ads are completely unobtrusive and keep them with the minimal design of the site. Ugly annoying ads are the downfall of most other paste sites.
