Aw Jorge :), don't be shy. High five.
As a heads up, designed by @mustefaj
Simpletax.ca
I used it this year. Make an account and try it out, let's you dig into the original tax forms themselves too. Only in Canada though :)
I love the title...it makes me want to just keep the rhyme going...
"Others are just nay sayers, but on HN we just rhyme sayers, but I'll just get down voted by a bunch of HN-taking-things-too seriously player haters.
You had me at Big Mac. Maybe.
It seems like such arbitrary conditions you set in order ...wait a minute, I just noticed the website is "growthsensei.com", that's like Guru level 88?
Aaand that's all my time for the day.
HN needs to lighten up, -4 points for that comment? Why So Serious?
Google Docs, Google Drive, Google Calendar.
That's actually a pretty good idea.
I read some of the comments about employee passiveness. Sometimes it's tough for an employee to put themselves on the spot like that. What if the conversation doesn't go the 'right' way?
That mock monologue is actually really spot on. I just recently left our bootstrapped startup and had a pre-emotive conversation shortly before doing so. It played out just like that.
I shared this link on HN already but since its so relavent here it is again. I wrote about why I still left. But didn't write about the conversation I had. And you hit it on the head. http://mustefa.com/looking-back-at-my-ux-career-in-2012/
Hey Mahdi,
Ignore baconface. Great review, it's interesting to see things from a developers point of view. I was hoping to see more of what you learned in design. I might make some speaker deck presentations myself.
I wrote a similar post from a UX Designers point of view: http://mustefa.com/looking-back-at-my-ux-career-in-2012/

Pretty meh. As much as there's a sea of ideas out there, ever increasing is the see of dev and design talent. Get over yourself. If there wasn't such an arrogance around your post I may have given it credence. I can tell you more, but my feedback requires you sign an NDA.
Sincerely,
An Internet nobody.
I agree with the people calling the solution as bogus. I'm not a pro python developer, but I can sure vouch for the skills of many developers I've worked with based on my experience in working with them. And that's a fairly accurate recommendation.
Sorry the similar skill set limit is bogus.
Though a question, related to the article I linked, how specific do you get in trying to define your guys culture versus being malleable to change. Do you have an example?

We play stuff if the office is quiet, not a lot of people. Simple communication works "is this distracting anybody?".
AirPlay gives control to whoever wants it. So if you're going to play some gangsta rap, get ready for some lykke li.
edit gangsta rap is a rarity.
Honestly, if a spelling error picked up by a browser casts a negative shadow, or reflects an inability to pay attention to detail... sigh.
