@corep_1: I'm trying to understand if presented with an option to buy tailored clothing vs mass produced what you would prefer. Apart from the convenience of going into a store to pick up something is there another reason why someone would prefer a mass produced clothing item (if price was equal)?

As a condo/flat owner who rents his property, I find it difficult to manage the property (be it maintenance requests, rent tracking, post-rental cleanup, etc.) remotely. Two questions: 1. Are there other lessors that have and are experiencing the same issues? 2. What tools or services do you use currently?
