Do all YC startups use Clerky and have the same style of terms in offer letters?
I just received an employment offer to join a YC startup. We negotiated the offer and reached an agreement in a few terms verbally (which includes the benefits and visa/GreenCard sponsorship). I am requesting the employer to include what has been agreed to the offer, which is a reasonable request to me.
