Re:Network Scanner Script NWSS 3.2.0 on Thursday June 04, 2026 @07:38AM (#48397219)
Automating of scanning network items from websites and saving its output.
The lists are maintained same as extensions.
Would check memory, ensure you have free ram. Tested here https://imgur.com/a/3vLJ6no Not perfect dictation, but close enough
Does disabling shields help?
Allows Adblock list authors to submit, sort, combine adblock rules and then commit efficiently. And much quicker than using previous python methods. Is compatible with most adblock rules
Re:Brave blocks Microsoft Recall by default on Wednesday July 23, 2025 @06:30PM (#44664707)
First I heard of this. do you have any other extensions installed? Is HW acceleration enabled?
Rejecting all consents is just a webcompat disaster waiting to happen, "Why is embedded youtube video not working?", "Why is this social embedded not showing?".
Brave support here, tried to reach out to hcaptcha support and got the same auto response :|
What wouldn't work? there is a mix of scriplets, css and network blocks.

Disclaimer; dev here.

Brave uses Easylist/uBO Cookies list. Everyone develops for it.
Yes, Brave will block via Aggressive mode in Shields.

Re:GoDaddy locks out derivatives of Chrome on Tuesday July 19, 2022 @05:54PM (#32158479)
Hey @mrspence, Enabled shields.

Test the following, add into brave://adblock (custom filters):

godaddy.com##+js(set, navigator.userAgent, '')

godaddy.com##+js(set, navigator.connection, {})

(logout and re-login into godaddy)

I had no issues here. In Easylist we will remove many of the nord ad (image) spam. Which uBO and Brave uses.

Re:Support for the IPFS Protocol – Firefox Bugzilla on Friday January 22, 2021 @06:06AM (#25870590)
Blocking ads via hosts file is a very basic method, delivers no flexibility to get around js/css, whitelisting sites. Acceptable only in a Pi-hole environment, but not in a stand alone browser.
Re:Support for the IPFS Protocol – Firefox Bugzilla on Friday January 22, 2021 @06:03AM (#25870575)
Clear cookies/cache, re-login. Check ads/trackers = Aggressive. We mostly fixed the twitter ads a while back.
Re:Support for the IPFS Protocol – Firefox Bugzilla on Friday January 22, 2021 @06:02AM (#25870565)
Is shields enabled on these sites?, Enabling ads/trackers = Aggressive. Regarding social, we have options to disable third-party twitter/facebook/linked in for addtional privacy.

I would try in private window mode, and ensure shields ads/trackers is enabled.
