Thats the case, humans can come up with new learning rules in a shot ... this should mean AI should start to "think"
Hi Everyone,

We are building Guaana to accelerate scientific collaboration. A hub to scale up creative conversation, to connect and build meaningful partnerships. A place that speeds up the problem-solving process, and expands the range of problems that can be solved by the human mind.

Our opening collection have several projects related to AI and Big Data, so it would be great to know if you find something interesting for yourself.

Heres an example, where are people say that they have an AI project - https://www.guaana.com/projects

Ask HN: What does AI mean for you?

We had a discussion with workmates about the term "Artificial Intelligence" and in a strange manner, every person had an different understanding about it. For some people the AI was a general system, which uses machine learning and for others it was more like a robot which can beat human intelligent. Seems like now days everything is AI

Few weeks ago I was practising C++ and after struggling with certain problem for more than two hours - it was time to visit toilet (Sorry, but you have to that sometimes). I figured out that every time I came back from toilet, I immediately managed to find solution for my technical problem. This made me wonder if it is my kind of geek or it's a common thing? Even if it is efficient, then you don't always have a need for peeandpoo... so maybe I should start smoking as well?

Anyway, I was inspired from the idea and made a https://www.toiletidea.com/ , so whenever I go to toilet and catch a great idea, I can share it anonymously with random anonymous people.

Ask HN: Developers, how many hours do you feel you are productive in a day?

I had emotional discussion with my boss and I couldn't convince him that 40h in a week and 8h in a day is not always the most productive approach. So please share your feedback and based on that I'm going back to my boss - https://guaana.com/quiz/how-many-hours-do-you-feel-you-are-productive-in-a-day
