User onboarding is the name of the game.

I'm a professional FE Engineer and we're currently working on self-serve.

I've written this blog post for Indie devs that struggle with initial churn and can mitigate it by introducing a simple self-serve model to their product.

Most people don't know about self-serve, at least I didn't. I'll be writting some more stuff regarding product-led development.
