Re:Ask HN: What kind of support do you offer for your web app? on Tuesday February 03, 2009 @04:40AM (#463755)
We are looking at Zendesk. Heard good things about it and think it might just be the ticket. I have used the "Free" version, but the $19/month one agent might work for us instead. You get the flexibility of your own email address (your domain).

How often do you 'release" your web service to production?

We just launched our service and have got a lot of feedback from customers, which we are fixing daily.I would like some feedback on the pros / cons of releasing bugs / new features as they happen VS. a preset schedule VS. release dates (V2.0 in April, V2.3 in June, etc.)How often do you release your web application? We are a subscription (paid) service BTW if that makes any difference.

We use mailchimp, cheaper, free trial available and reliable. http://www.mailchimp.com
Re:Website of the future: what does it look like? on Wednesday October 08, 2008 @11:50AM (#326638)
the website of the future will be a wiki. Simple navigation, lots of content, but based on real impressions of your company by customers, partners etc. instead of propaganda from the company.
