You’re greatly misinformed. Russia and Belarus are tons safer than your average American or Western European city.

I'll use it more than this type or whatever document thingie
His definition of "disclosed" is whatever fits his own narrative.
Cool.

Enjoy your latitude, but you don’t have the right to tell me that I can’t enjoy my M1 max.

Different strokes for different folks.

Have you actually been to Medellin?

It's a fairly safe city and even safer than most American cities.

This isn't the city of the 90's Pablo Escobar anymore.

Initially, I was self conscious when I walked around with them and talked to people, but now I have no problems wearing AirPods Pro all day and talking to people with them on (Via Transparency Mode)

They work great for phone calls, music listening, noise cancellation is great, too.

Maybe not as good as Sony, but as an overall product, I love them and would buy them again in a heartbeat.

She didn't leave because of the purifier. She left you for other reasons.

You're most likely better off anyway.

AirPods Pro

The original ones were awesome, but these ones are even better. Absolute game changer.

I got a 2015 Air with 8 gigs of ram. I'm wondering whether to pull the trigger on the 16" or endure more pain for the next several months to see what else comes out.

Has anyone upgraded from an older Air to a 16"? Is the increase in performance more like a "OMG" or "Not bad"?

Every time a VC tries to tell me "what's wrong with the media", I reach for my gun.

I'm going to steal this line. Great post.

Down since 8:48PM EST. Unacceptable in my book.

Pretty much!
I'm actually planning to build a native OSX app. Would love to talk more about your needs/pains. Shoot me an email if you get a chance. My email is in my profile.
Just curious, but what is the app written in? Is it something like Adobe Air?

Not a good rule. I know many guys that are making serious money because they improved something that already existed.

"I cringe at the hassle my American friends have to go through whenever they travel through a densely-packaged country region such as Europe"

As an American citizen who's been to over 60 countries and as someone who's currently traveling through Europe, I've been treated with nothing but warmth and welcoming attitude by immigration (and other) officials.

Never had a single issue anywhere.

I'm in Lithuania now. It's absolutely great. Friendly people, fast internet, (30-50MBps). And much cheaper than SF/NY.

Absolutely no regrets.

I've been traveling full time for the past 5-6 years ever since leaving a full time job in Silicon Valley. I've lived pretty much all over the world (now based in Eastern Europe).

I probably only make about $20-$25k a year off a few low maintenance projects, taking up random contracting gigs when I feel like.

The experience of seeing new places and meeting new people is priceless. No amount of money, equity or incentives can ever make up for that.

If I could change one thing, it would've been quitting my full time job even earlier.

Is it me, or is there absolutely no "depth" in these medium articles?

This content isn't any more thought provoking than the content you find in any mainstream magazine at an airport kiosk.

No, it doesn't.

I think you should invest in a good dictionary. You're walking on very, very thin ice.

Once upon a time the word "misogynistic" actually had real meaning.

But, thanks to mostly people like you, that word has been hugely trivialized to mean not much more well... than anything really.

Let's not burn the OP at the stake just because he used a word that you think is somehow improper. That's something you have to deal with all on your own.

"And talking about the Internal Tools team as "that shit" is equally unprofessional and demeaning to everyone who works on it."

Really? Did you go around and ask everyone who works there if they feel "it's unprofessional and demeaning"? Or is it just you who feels that way?

Please don't blow this out of proportion.
