I did expect them to talk because I read, and also listened in this video, that users are thrilled to talk with the founders of the product they use.

I can understand what you say about unhappy users, they are the hardest to establish a conversation with, in fact, I had yet no luck with them.

I also try to contact my most engaged and paying users, very little luck there.

So, either everyone is laying (very unlikely), or I'm doing something wrong.

I'm afraid this could be the reason... But it's quite odd that people are willing to pay for the service I offer, but not to talk to me
Re:YC: How to Earn Customers for Life on Saturday March 04, 2023 @09:23AM (#35020919)
People like to talk to the founder of companies

It's not working for me. I own a mobile app (B2C) with paying users and this is the hardest part: Talking to users.

I'm literally offering money to my users to talk to them but nobody wants to.

What am I doing wrong?

I built Gaintrain (https://gaintrainapp.com/), a meal planning app designed to help users optimize their muscle gain.

---

Since its launch in July, we have focused on improving retention and making the app as useful as possible. Currently, we have not actively pursued marketing efforts, but have gained users through searches on app and play stores. Recently, we introduced a paid subscription option and have already surpassed $500 in monthly revenue.

I've recently released a meal planner designed for bodybuilders. It has no recipes, only basic foods.

Its name is Gaintrain: https://gaintrainapp.com

Re:An algorithm that recreates 3D objects from tiny 2D images on Thursday August 24, 2017 @04:02AM (#15088400)
I agree. I think that the AI has knowledge of those objects.

The fact that all the objects are symmetric (at least in the examples) helps a lot.

He says that the copywriter writes 1 or 2 articles every week. He gets paid an average of 100$ per article. That's' not bad if you consider that the writer, for sure, is working for other people as well.

Can I suggest http://www.sibdo.com For individuals it's free and built on top of d3 with some extra functionality that Higcharts does't have. You can even drag files directly onto to the visualizations and the data will render. Also really nice UI for mobile.
