For Android phones with a physical keyboard, the Gmail app allows you to select/copy text by holding the shift key and dragging over the text on the screen.

Here's a calculator that I came up with that will "appraise" a house based on inflation normalized Case-Shiller home value data.

It also spits out a couple of nice graphs so you can compare against historical values.

Betting sites like Intrade are lagging indicators with respect to the polls. Bettors adjust their bets whenever new polls are released, but it doesn't generally work the other way around (people responding to pollsters don't do so on the basis of what they saw on Intrade).
