Vinyl is going to sound as good as the money you put into it. The needle is important, but so is your phono preamp.
The chinese are also using mass surveillance to keep the problem under control. You need to show a qr code on your phone that proves you are allowed out at many checkpoints.
I like the way this Matt Stoller writes words. RSS feed subscribed.
He’s just implying cheap subcontracted labour from a foreign country where labour rates are lower.
You don’t have to worry about recursive entity definitions in JSON.
No, 4 hours total. 2 hours each way.
There is a setting in Facebook to turn auto-play of video off.
Looks like. I have little faith that this guy will be able to implement it from what I saw.
I agree. I didn't read the whole thing but couldn't a point to the post. Yeah, you're semi-famous for being an indie mac developer. Yeah, you've posted in the past that you have mental problems.
Is this the correct place to blather on about this? Go have coffee with a friend.

Looks like d3 (
http://d3js.org/) with some jquery to me. Viewing the source supports that.
Sounds like DevOps is new and like Agile isn't always implemented as intended once it gets into the wild at companies. I've experience Agile and Enterprise Agile at companies where meetings are called scrums but are 50 minutes long. Sound like there is DevOps and Enterprise DevOps, or some other bastardization occurring out in the wild. Oh process, oh process, save me from these hardships.
Thank you for clarifying. Too often North Americans state "it's like this in Europe", without researching what the actual facts are like. I have Uncles who are still quoting facts that are 30 years old and may never have been accurate to begin with ;)
Don't build your business model on something where you are dependent on something you can't control. If you decide to anyway then walk away when the honeymoon is over.
Who cares. This line was brilliant:
"I plan on purchasing an adequate amount of, "KIT KAT," product while I am here in Japan to run double-blind taste trials when I return to US, as I have done with some European and Canadian product in the past. I will inform you of the results of these trials."
Yeah. Jeff didn't do what the customers wanted and he's smart enough to not let users sway the design. I think the issue here is that it is a potential pitfall that should have garnered a sentence or two for less experienced people that read the article.
From looking at Penflip, it looks like it was a way for a writer and editor to collaborate before publishing.
Thanks, that is very helpful. I like to listen to courses while I'm making breakfast in the morning. A bunch of quizzes would be quite annoying.
Could you be more specific? Is there anything you've watched that is worth viewing? Not all free courses are out there are equal. Sometimes the audio is distorted, and the presenter isn't so good at relaying material or enthusiasm for the material.

I recently finished a great course on iTunes university on the history of architecture. Bricks and mortar architecture not software. Now I'm searching for another good course.I also have a yearly training budget at work that I've never gotten around to using. If you had a yearly training budget what would you use it for?
As much as Apple's review process and curating can be a pain in the ass. This definitely shows the other end of the spectrum and what happens if you don't have any reviewing.
Am I the only one that thinks writing a blog post and then submitting it yourself to a meta site is kinda lame?
YouTube is good for previewing but the audio quality is horrible. 128 and the algorithm for compression makes a lot of things sound washed out.
