No, it is fine. Could you tell me only what langage you use to generate UI? HTML, JSON, MD? I what output you expect from AI Agent to generate UI component?
no, recognition, engagement programms to boost motivation
not important, means nobody care about it, only HRs? nobody cares about rewards?

Ok, but what tech you are using second one approach? any open source, specific tech?
AI coding allow me to do some paraller task and changing focus from one task to another. Usually 2,3 tasks. I recommend to run 2,3 sessions. Agenting loop in one and outupt analysis in another.

Internally, in our agency we developed several core skill for claude/codex that allow us to not bother about generated code qaulity.

Hey Hacker News!

We’re launching Flaree, an AI-powered employee recognition platform designed for remote and hybrid teams. It integrates Slack-native kudos, AI automation, and NFT-based rewards to make recognition seamless and engaging.

Flaree solves the challenge of low engagement in remote teams by enabling real-time appreciation, gamification, and engagement tracking. Employees can send kudos via Slack, unlock special achievements, and even mint their kudos as NFTs on the Flow blockchain. HR teams gain AI-driven insights to improve engagement and retention.

We believe recognition should be fun, measurable, and motivating. Would love to hear your feedback!
