Also if anyone has recommendations for what to use instead of Google Forms, that would be appreciated.

Hi all, I'm working on an open source app for tracking habits and better balancing one's life that doesn't share any data with anyone, and you could help me a lot by answering a few questions about your data privacy preferences.
It should take no more than 3-4 minutes and will help me build an app that doesn't invade in anyone's privacy. I'll share the survey results in blog post soon, will link in the comments when ready.
Thanks a lot!
Thanks a bunch, Matthias
The project is on GitHub: https://github.com/matthiasn/lotti (the README is outdated, hope to get around to updating it soon).

Thanks, I only discovered ClojureDart a few days ago and I'm planning on checking it out this weekend, sounds very promising!
