Re:I'm in a Meeting on Saturday October 10, 2026 @04:26AM (#50030867)
A couple of years ago, I needed some meeting recordings to test speech-to-text models and ended up going to YouTube. At first, I didn't understand why meeting videos, such as this one, had millions of views: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=53yPfrqbpkE&t=33s. until I realized people were using them to fake being in a meeting; Read the comments :D

Google Authenticator, the one time password (OTP) app made by Google, is storing data locally on the device. To my knowledge it has no link with your phone number.

I've just had my keyboard serviced a couple weeks ago because of the sticky keys issue.

So I reluctantly bought a keypad cover. I normally hate covers. But weirdly I like this one; it's very thin, perfectly adjusted and it almost improves the touch. And it's almost invisible. I really like it and it makes me feel way safer.

I stopped reading the article there. :)
Calculating the checksum of a document and encrypting this checksum is far less costly than encrypting the whole document.
Really cool and refreshing landing page.
Re:Sparrow for iPhone on Thursday March 15, 2012 @05:35AM (#3707575)
This app's really awesome. 2 small annoying things though, that I hope will be fixed later is: › the freeze for a few seconds when I open the app (on an iPhone 4S) › the lack of push
