Long times ago, I tried to unsubscribe from their annoying emails and after a lot of back and forth with their CS, they asked me for my bank statement and last 3 years address. So, I just marked their emails as spam
It matters when they make money :-) but when they loose money it doesn't.

Re:Show HN: SolidInbox – Find new customers on Twitter on Tuesday August 16, 2022 @12:48PM (#32485412)
Hello everyone! Mahdi here. I'm a co-founder of SolidInbox.

We started SolidInbox when we were trying to find customers on Twitter. Finding your target niche, reaching out to them and managing the conversations was a very difficult task. That's why we started SolidInbox to automate the process.

Our tech stack is React/Typescript + Java + Mysql. The boring tech stack :-D

We are keen to get feedback. Please let me know if you have any questions or feedback.

I was wondering, did you do the UI/UX yourself? Or you hired someone?

Ask HN: Any suggestions about moving to cloud for software development?

Hi,I want to buy a new laptop (Mostly for Java/Docker/K8s based development) and there are two approaches:1. Buy a powerful laptop with lots of RAM suitable for any kind of development. 2. Buy a laptop with moderate RAM/CPU and do the heavy development parts on the cloud on a VPS (DigitalOcean, AWS, GCP, ...).Has anyone tried the second approach? What are the drawbacks (other than the need for...

This is terrible! So sad to see companies make use of people's time and effort without even acknowledging their contribution.
Other than the H1B visa, what are the options for someone in the IT field to move to the US (and become a permanent resident)?
I can write a parser in C and can use a library in C. LLVM exposes a C API but I could not find any type of documentation/sample/tutorial for using it. There are some articles on the Internet but (those that I tried) don't work with latest LLVM.
That's interesting. What tools do you use to run your computations in parallel on a cluster? Hadoop?
I wonder who will use these types of instances?
Bitcoin? I thought there are lots of free stuff for that.

This is awesome! Congrats!
Re:IR is better than assembly (2013) on Monday January 02, 2017 @05:53AM (#13300414)
That's exactly what I am looking for but it's almost two years old and I think I tried it a few months back and got lots of errors. I was hoping to find a more up-to-date tutorial. Unfortunately LLVM people don't pay much attention to documentation and tutorials for their product.

This may be a little off-topic but does anyone know a good and up-to-date tutorial for using LLVM in C language?
This is exactly what I was looking for! Good resource at the right time!
