Enjoy. Updated Daily. Whistle Blower.
Of course California is. Teslas tax rev now goes to Texas. Companies moving is nice.
If you have the money to play

“…includes new requirements for project developers, like financial deposits…”

That rule is designed to shorten the game.
I would also add that a lot of loans end up rolled up into a package, which you are given no forbearance.
I would disagree that 31K is not a lot of money, but then again, maybe it is not a lot of money and my opinion is warped. I think if the government took a few points off for performance as a preferred return on the massive endowments, all of this would go away.
U2 is the first artist signed up to play.
Yes, actors and actions. It's the crux of the use case. I'm still operating under the assumption that UML invented the modern use case. I will not be googling this next.
Is this the same lady that coats herself with birdseed and lets pigeons shit all over her? SF is so gross.

I changed, and my site traffic went down 50% since then. Related?
Re:Paris Cuts the Lights to Save Energy. Will It Help? on Monday October 10, 2022 @12:12AM (#33147708)
Yeah, it's totally the lights of the Eiffel Tower, and not the anti-energy ideologues.
Re:Carmack Unscripted – Meta Connect 2022 on Sunday October 09, 2022 @11:48PM (#33147568)
Love how half his face and such are covered by legal blurbs you need to 'accept'. Call me cynical John, but unless you are ready and willing to explain technically why Meta has dropped the value of so many funds and retirement plans, and also the ball so hard on VR, AR, and come clean about the metaverse being a total marketing ploy to manipulate more money out of the gullible hordes to sell ads: Don't bother.

Virtual billboards anyone? Really, John. Do us a favor and tell the truth about your technology and the goals of your bland, non-relatable team that makes you fill out a W9. I mean, spying on citizens, being a blight on society, contributing to child suicides, playing both sides of the publish or perish card, et al.

You are the chief TECHNOLOGY officer above all (contractor or not), right? I am not sure you will reply, but I hope you read this and focus on the technology. It would be nice to publish your slides before the 'unscripted' talk.

Middle manager bosses can shampoo my crotch
In Maryland, the amount of taxes you pay each year is directly tied to the valuation. So that means the white owners (in this case) are paying 63% more in property tax each year.
In the clinical trials I have been a part of the manufacturer pays for the drug and all related study costs. They even pay you a stipend for commuting, lunch, etc.
I am currently taking a similar drug for Myelofibrosis on a clinical trial holed up after a stem cell transplant here at MD Anderson Cancer Center. It's called Itacitinib, and is supposed to prevent GVHD. It's by the same company that makes Jakafi (brand name). These are expensive drugs for sure, and my DR is running the clinical trial. Just wanted to chime in from the inside. ;p

Re:U.S. forgives 40k student loans on Wednesday April 20, 2022 @02:14PM (#31100847)
I paid off my student loans each month until I was 34. I did it, and it made me stronger. Making other citizens pay for your loans is selfish, and it will come back to bite the people who accept this largess.

Blockchain et al allow the government complete visibility into any transaction. It provides a tool for complete gov control.

Podcasting 2.0 is one of the likely answers to this. In the meantime, I'm sure a lot of people will cancel their accounts on Spotify.
Five'll get ya ten, old Macky's back in town
The building that REI occupies in SoHo has some of the nicest penthouses on top. It's also a gorgeous building that costs a pretty penny. REI, like a lot of others in that area, use the store as a billboard to keep it top of mind. They won't last much longer there, and their employees efforts would be better spent looking for work elsewhere.

Your answer not true. In fact, the "Wild West" is still in fact a reality.

1. Land damage as in the largest public lands system in the world? 2. Violence against women who were among the first in the world given the right to vote? 3. Violence against people that were plenty violent? 4. Cowboys spoke many languages. Your point is what? 5. Chicago is the "Wild West", huh? 6. Immigration is good, depending.

Leave the internet out of your politics, please.
