This is super cool. I love this use of public data to do something cool. The page seems like it's biggest value is to help potential property buyers find property they wouldn't easily be able to otherwise (that's what I like about it). Given that, seems like being able to filter on cost and size of lot would be useful filters on top.
Well written and good diagrams. No idea the verity of the TMBB (trust me bro benchmarks) but it was pleasing to look at

This contest by a colleague was an open-ended experiment with full expectation of AI use, up to and including complete vibe-writing, to say something academically interesting about this passage.
The author is an academic in writing and assessed the submissions through that lens, and the submissions were pretty much what you'd expect: disappointingly vague. Perhaps interesting, completely vibing and only mostly vibing appear to not have made much a difference in the professional reviewer's eyes.
My takeaway is that writing literary analysis is hard.
This was a compelling writeup to me. I read through the spec and found it easy to understand and make sense of.
I wonder how much my system needs something like this. Between the invisible system memory of my random chats with Gippity, my Matt Pocock skills saving terminology and plans, and whatever else Cursor and Codex do, I don't think I feel a need for more agent memory. I do like how it's exposed and searchable, and not invisible. But I honestly just send my questions/tasks away to my magic agent and eventually it gets it right anyway; do I need more discrete memory my team has to maintain? (That's an earnest question, not disregard for this)
Great writeup. Thanks author!
I don't have enough context to know if this is actually cool or not, but it seems like it!
There were a few boxes in the game I just played that didn't have enough information; e.g. only one number pointed to them and you couldn't reason it out. I think it's the kind of thing in regular minesweeper where it would've auto-cleared it when I opened a box next to it. I didn't take a screenshot but I hope that makes sense - I suppose maybe once you play the game more you'd learn that these are safe x's, but I found it to lack real information. I looked around for a tip or something on it but didn't quickly find anything
Feels so rushed - just viewing the page on my phone and everything is overflowing out of its box. I can't take this seriously for something that wants to handle my money
Great instructions! Well, I'll follow up and let you know if Gainesville, FL responds!
