As far as I can see, they are not the same authors
There's a list of alternative implementations if you feel like playing with it.
PS: IMHO, this is a better link than the free.fr link from OP. Link to this page instead, either from esolangs wiki or on HN here?
The current best resource for beginning with Haskell seems to be haskell-book (listed on the Github link above): http://haskellbook.com/. Chris Allen also authored this book with Julie Moronuki.

Honestly, if you have to ask that question, then I'd say you're doing it wrong. Why do you need a _quota_ for something as natural as laughter? That's like saying you are not human or you don't identify yourself as human and see yourself as a drone.
RELAX! Let yourself go and let your brain run free. You may find yourself truly surprised at how your brain comes up with weird and funny things. Or, you can find humour talking to your colleagues in the course of work during the day. If not, of course, there are other channels if you're _really_ looking for dedicated humour topics (others have said that already, I'm not adding more to it. I just enjoy reading Calvin & Hobbes from my daily newspaper) :-)
Using the law as a weapon to demand something where we have alternatives[slides, notes or manuals] is, in my opinion, like "biting the hand that offers help".
That said, I have been seriously putting in effort to listen to videos without captioning. Yes, it's an uphill task and I'm willing to do it.
That said, I'm a bit leery about doing user management using third party libraries and I looked at the linked HN page to find the same concerns expressed. Please explain more about how you plan to address security concerns. Good luck!
P.S: "Mast" as posted by architgupta means "Cool/good". As always, have fun!
For context, here's the actual wording from the article:
There are 25 horses and a single race track. The
track has 5 lanes. Your job is to find the fastest 3
horses assuming you don't have a stopwatch and all
horses always run at a constant pace. What’s the
way to find the fastest 3 in the fewest uses of the
track.
