charlie you gotta allow dms on twitter
I've been looking for something like this for so long, thanks for making!

There's so much stuff locked in Discord now that forums have fallen in popularity, think this sort of thing really helps unlock that knowledge again.

this is a pretty active area of research with sparse autoencoders

Interesting yes, we've seen demand for the optimization stuff but admittedly I am in a bubble here (close with the biohacking community).

It may turn out to be the case that more banal cases (I have a cold, what's the fastest way for me to get symptomatic treatment?

I have X symptom, what's the fastest way to be routed to the right specialist, etc.

The doctor told me XYZ, how do I remember that and what's the best way to do all the steps required to fulfill? )

is the better play. Still doing a lot of exploration here for sure. Appreciate the insight.

Agent-based healthcare concierge basically (agents constantly trawling literature for ways to optimize your health, doing scheduling/appointments for you, moving data to new doctors when needed, etc.)

Thinking is: this was a massive tar pit in the past, new interop laws and AI tooling makes it possible now.

I'm working on something in this space right now, would be really interesting to use Metriport for this. Though I believe that it's currently outside scope

>Additionally, using Metriport for patient data exchange today requires a Treatment purpose of use under HIPAA - which means that only Covered Entities, or Business Associates who work with Covered Entities, can use Metriport. This means that companies doing things such as clinical trials recruitment, for example, can’t use Metriport, but a primary care provider, or a clinical decision support vendor, can. This is due to current requirements set forth by HIEs, which may open up to support alternative use cases in the future, such as Individual Access Services (IAS).

Would love clarification.

Matrix | Sr. Software Engineer | Remote

Matrix is on a quest to make every fan an owner of their entertainment. We are an early-stage (12 employees; pre-product; recently raised $3M+ from Galaxy, Samsung, Sam Altman, Dapper Labs, etc.) startup.

We're currently looking to bring on a senior dev to help us both build the immediate product and assist in building company procedures/code that's meant to be scalable and assists in being able to build new features quickly.

Our stack currently revolves around: React, NodeJS, Graph, and Solidity

I've started using Zeet (https://zeet.co/) to host my startup's website, apps, bots, etc.

Found it super easy to use and to quickly deploy things. Replaced our usage of Heroku and Vercel.

woah so cool
Ooh completely unrelated to the thread but thanks for offering my friends and I countless hours of fun during our middle school years!
Wow big props to you though. I'm 19 right now, if I had a kid now, I'd have no idea what to do. Would probs turn out very badly.

Ask HN: Advice for Raising from Family Offices?

Hi! We're working on an esports brand that we previously raised pre-seed for by doing traditional VC. However, for our seed round, we've received some advice to look into raising from family offices and UHNW individuals. This is completely out of my expertise. Are there any strategies/guidelines/suggestions for doing so?Thanks!

I wonder if it'll ever become a good idea to preemptively deep fake yourself saying outrageous things and release them.

Saw something like this in a Neal Stephenson book I believe.

Slightly unrelated but could be useful to any HS seniors here: My n=1 study method got me a 1520. I would study for the SAT in a dark room, with horror movie music or war sound effects playing in earbuds, while planking. For every incorrect answer, I'd do 10 pushups or 3 pull-ups (can adapt to your own level). Rationale was that if I could do well in the worst conditions possible, then I'd do better sitting in a quiet room.

I'm a pretty bad student also, I had like a 3 GPA.

I've put it in the spreadsheet! I have a friend looking at replicating the paper by synthesizing the protein w/ the Synthesis as a Service companies.

I've also tried emailing Dr.Rider and the other authors of the paper but have gotten no response.

I work in the crypto industry and I think this a failure of our community to properly inform people of the risks.

These people weren't gambling for massive returns. They thought it would be a safe way of getting pretty good ones.

If I could test myself continuously, I would. Why would you not?
Re:U.S. Identifies First Coronavirus Case Without Outbreak Ties on Thursday February 27, 2020 @01:31AM (#22431115)
The reason that the Spanish Flu evolved into a more deadly strain was because WWI was going on. The mild cases stayed at the front lines while the severe ones went home and spread the severe strain around.

This won't happen here because the severe strain will die out. Viruses generally become less lethal as they spread.

I'm 19 now, 18 when I won. The list of winners is all here: https://pioneer.app/winners and includes ages.

I believe there's two people over 35, including my cofounder who happens to be the oldest Pioneer.

Re:Ask HN: How do I find investors? on Sunday February 09, 2020 @05:55PM (#22284903)
I won Pioneer a little more than a year ago. It's been absolutely amazing for us and we met great people through it. Best benefit has definitely been the community you join.

Projects are voted on by experts and other players.

Not sure awesome is the word I'd use in these circumstances.
Isn't this more infectious and potentially deadlier?
The US military has no need for Stellar.
