Yupppp. and it seems like the government here doesn't care as long as it brings in profit.
This is Screen Sharing. Not Remote Desktop. And it isn't hidden: if there's a Mac on your local network, and you navigate to it in finder, there's a "Share Screen" button right there.
I think before we define a _new_ email standard, that there should be an email standard in the first place. So many clients treat email differently:
* quote levels increasing or not
* how to format the date of the previous message
* whether or not you attach the original files when replying
* how to format the headers signatures of the emails
* where attachments are, i.e. inline or as an extra
* read receipts
on and on.
So the app icons represent apps... and??

typo
Yup. It's my Twitter and my Website, and it makes it easier for someone to contact me.
I don't get how this is 'hacker news'. Seems like a poor attempt to get _something_ Daft Punk related on the front page here.

Gmail works perfectly fine on iOS.
and for Chrome, you can use Xmarks to sync bookmarks. I use both Safari and Chrome on the desktop, and the bookmarks are in sync completely, which makes them in sync with my iPad.
I find it interesting that just because someone has a different opinion, like that Medium piece on why "I won't wear Google Glass", it suddenly rises to the top.
This article basically reiterates what others have argued for the longest time. One platform is better than the other, one company better than another. Who cares if you switch what phone model you use? It's not like someone is going to be converted because of what you did. Your phone isn't a religion.
>Passing a Pocket link to someone without a Pocket account leads to a sign-up page.
uhh… No it doesn't

I really hope they don't. I use it daily and it's probably the service I rely on the most, besides GMail.
Another day, another email client that isn't out yet.
