Hi, About 5-6 years ago, there used to be a coding practice site called codefights. One of the feature which I really liked was "tourney's" : small tournament. Each tourney will be 10 minute long, 3 questions : a coding challenge, a bug fix and code completion. few people would join. whoever finishes it first gets highest points and then. I liked these byte sized very easy coding challenges...

Hi Peter, my apologies. I was not clear enough. The scenario is like this. One of my friends is a citizen. Our plan is that he will establish a startup and another set of friends( all on h1B)will work as employees for that startup. Is there a cap on how many H1B employees can a startup hire?

Can a startup hire only H1B holders and no american citizens at all?
