The problem is - many Salesforce candidates are good at speaking about their development experience but few are good at actually coding in Apex and building robust Salesforce applications.
Filter helps you cut through this noise (fake Salesforce developers from actual developers), by introducing an online round, where salesforce candidates will have to write actual Apex code. We test the code written by him on various test cases & scenarios and generate a consolidated report of his score. This score can be used to decide if you should accept the candidate into your interview pipeline.
