While I migrated my personal repos over to Codeberg, I do still submit PR's to repos on GitHub. Today I just submitted a trivial PR, and I'm now watching the poor repo owner repeatedly re-running the failed CI job that keeps saying "GitHub Actions has encountered an internal error when running your job".
And it's not exclusive to macOS. Pretty much all modern laptops running modern Windows, Linux, or macOS has the two-finger tap feature.
I lost on my first click in Minesweeper. That's the authentic Minesweeper game experience I'm seeking for!
Nothing really special for 5G. The governmental bodies (and the tech firms involved) use the term "5G" just to gain visibility.
I did see some of those ambulances running multiple streams from different perspectives, though. Is the bandwidth of 4G networks capable of doing that?
Not for surgery per se (which is too high of a risk), but in my country people did manage to find a similar, reasonable use case. They equipped ambulances with high-res cameras and cellular network for senior medical technicians in hospitals to give advices to medical technicians on the ambulance in real-time, which seems like a nice addition.

Except for Microsoft’s. It took me twenty minutes of trying to realize that they have their own non-standard QR codes, and that I had to click “use another authenticator app” to get a standard one.
GitHub has a similar problem, where the GitHub mobile app can’t be disabled as an 2FA factor. They implemented an option to make other factors as the “default” without the ability to completely disable mobile, and then falsely closed the discussion [1].
If such insecure factor can’t be disabled, what’s the point in setting up TOTP and / or hardware keys?

This draft has to be canceled. It forbids some established naming conventions and project logo branding. It also gives the Foundation the power and responsibility to approve or disapprove other communities’ logos based on the Foundation’s political beliefs, which is not what the Foundation should do.
As an average enjoyer of the Rust language, I’m really concerned about the draft. I can almost foresee forks to be made just to circumvent these trademark issues, which would certainly hurt the community.
Glad to see new options. I wonder if Codeberg is going to enable actions, given that they’ve already setup an experimental instance of Woodpecker that can be requested [1] on a per-user basis.

I’m trying to migrate of my personal repos from GitHub to Codeberg. The biggest problem is to find a replacement for GitHub Actions (the free offering is so generous), and my current solution for that is to self-host an instance of Woodpecker CI [1].
I’d like to see even more diversity in Git hosting beyond “let’s all migrate from X to Y”, and for that to happen, Forgejo (the soft fork of Gitea that Codeberg runs) has already begun to implement federation [2], which can ease cross-instance collaboration.
