None, because the lawn owners are sitting out and yelling at the kids to get off.

Lawns are soul-crushing to the suburban homeowners who are are coerced to slash their natural meadows to conform to demands for artificially maintained turf.
Is "Google employee leaves Google and gets job in Executive Branch" a "revolving door"? Even when the job is technical not policy?

How many CS grads from Ohio state are getting $150k start in SV it NY? To get nothing of the growth 10 years later

The median course grade at Harvard has been A- for over 20 years.

It's inflated, but then again, how much Harvard coursework mastery is actually necessary for your job?

The hardest part of an Ivy League degree is getting in. No guarantee of education.
They run USB, it doesn't matter what OS is on the other side.

What do addicts crush/shoot drugs, instead of just eating them?
This is just a hype article. The invention is a cost saving redesign of an existing device. The wholesale wholesale price ($400) is lower than the retail price of existing devices ($200), which is nice -- more competition, but not particularly technically amazing.
OTOH, it is a groundswell in the engineering community to notice the medical application. Interdisciplinarians are the hugely valuable applied scientists who unlock the power of ideas.
Could you send a form letter inviting them to verify that they are serious?
>“My thought was, okay, let’s just wait. If he is serious, he’s going to ask me again,” says Song, professor of neurology

This is a horribly destructive attitude, that promotes salesmanship over technical talent.

Don't judge people by their looks when their actions speak far louder.
That's great! Now he gets unemployment compensation until his next job.

Are your confusing nutritional calories with physics calories? When people talk about diet, of course they are talking about calories obtained from digestion, not combustion engines.

Exercising every 5 years isn't so bad.
What are they going to doing they can't sustain these profits in future quarters?
Why "start" at either end? Different problems call for different solutions.
Let me introduce you to the market, where self interested parties exchange goods and services for mutual benefit, increasing society's wealth.
You shouldn't spout off about medical topics you are uninformed about.
It's still deeply tacky empty euphemism. Do non-autistic people have ugly minds?
Maybe it's paid syndication?

This is also how electric car brakes work, going back to the Prius.
Re:Infinit announces Project Dropboxe on Friday April 29, 2016 @11:56AM (#11596532)
Parent was saying the "Dropbox" is also a generic word.
Re:Infinit announces Project Dropboxe on Friday April 29, 2016 @11:55AM (#11596515)
When people name their company generic words about their product, that's what happens.

Show some creativity if you want to be uniq.

Re:Infinit announces Project Dropboxe on Friday April 29, 2016 @11:50AM (#11596482)
Such are the risks of naming your company after a common word that describes the product.

You seem so angry for such a bizarre reason.
Re:The Science of Making Friends on Sunday April 24, 2016 @06:19PM (#11561627)
The "speculation" is the worst part of a science research. It gets the most air play but has but has the least basis in fact.

Perhaps more intelligent people (by IQ test) are more introverted -- more thinking less feeling/EQ, and so are less comfortable with the company of other people they don't know well. That certainly fits the bookworm/ computer nerd / uberhobbyist type of high IQ person.

I haven't been invited to any dinner parties with strangers to become friends with. My existing friends invite me to dinner parties.
