I've been liking https://zed.dev/ for something that gives me more smarts out of the box than Sublime Text but maintains the responsiveness. Limited set of languages but it supports the ones I use on the daily
Haha I like that. Most likely will be ㅁㅈ though unless that's already on the list. Anecdotally I've seen whole messages written using the first piece of the Hangeul square. Seems like that would be a nightmare to keep track of for these programs and relatively easy for kids to perfect.
Re:No bullshit guide to math and physics on Monday March 30, 2015 @12:22PM (#9290558)
Exactly my thought - this looks like a good review for people who breezed through this stuff in high school or college. Speaking as someone who was never able to get this stuff (not for lack of trying) back then, this guide uses the same obtuse language and carries the same "if this explanation isn't immediately understandable then you probably aren't cut out for this" tone that I hated back then too.
Re:The Problem with the iPhone's Home Button on Thursday July 14, 2011 @09:21PM (#2765917)
I totally agree. As has been established elsewhere, most users only use 3-6 applications on a regular basis. Double tapping the home button bring up my most recently used applications along the bottom of the screen one of which is probably the one I want (not sure where the author got the idea that double tapping the home button brings up the search screen-- old version of iOS?).
There is a very active youth crew hardcore scene in Korea. Nicest group of people in world because they are actually a minority and are always hungry for like-minded people.
