Codex prompt before i go to sleep:

Every five minutes, check https://status.claude.com/. If the issue has been resolved, resume the Claude sessions running in the tmux sessions named session2, session3, and session7

Instead of reading articles like this one end to end, I ask AI to read them in detail and prepare a new harness for me. The important part is not to do this in a single prompt, but to first create a detailed plan and let the model think deeply about each aspect. This approach lets me build the new harness without the missing didactic information you mentioned.

Basically, I am moving from “I build products without writing or reading the code” to “I build products without writing or reading the harness.”

Once the new implementation harness is prepared, I start it, but I keep the original session open. In that original session, “we” monitor the implementation harness from the outside: how effective it is, where the bottlenecks are, what breaks down, and what could be improved. From time to time, the monitoring session suggests changes to the implementation harness. We apply those changes, restart the harness, and monitor it again.

The overall approach is not to spend X hours understanding an article like this in detail, because another similar article will appear in 3 weeks. Instead, I take immediate action, learn on the fly, and replace the harness when a better pattern emerges. And yes, I still have to spend X hours on setting up, monitoring and fine tuning the new harness, but at the end I have the latest fancy "thing" working for me.

Tell me the number of successful startups you have founded on your own, and I will tell you the probability of Eureka Labs being successful.

I have solved this couple of months ago:

1) dont try to login couple of weeks (this was recommended on multiple boards)

2) try again with the recovery email

My problem was a) I didn't log in during the previous 12 months b) I moved to another country.

Only when I connected via vpn to the country of my previous residence, I got in. Took me more then 4 months to figure this out...

Thanks for sharing this... How did your paying customers became aware of you?
If I count this correctly, the damage is 0.9 £ per person per month. So this is what the claimant thinks should be an average and fair monthly compensation for being a FB user for that time.

It looks like the gps week number rollover is not handled correctly

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/GPS_week_number_rollover

"Software that is not coded to anticipate the rollover to zero may stop working or could be moved back in time by 20 or 40 years"

So this will also apply to all banks with online onboarding?

E.g. 1) Download an app (N26, Revolut, etc...) 2) Create an account 3) After login, the option to delete the account should be there...

(Of course the bank should respect all data retention policies)

OT: I have quit FB more then 5 years ago, but every time I see a post like this I fear that I am still addicted. Not to FB but to HN...

>>The people who designed your car don’t have to change the oil in it.

If the people who designed the car don't care about oil changers' requirements because "its not their job", than a 2am call is absolutely the best kind of feedback they should get, even if they are not on-call.

If they do care, that means they already got that feedback and/or they listen.

So the fredback from the production should be there and it should be ongoing.

I believe that the goal here is also to break the existing unity among publishers.
We could be discriminated (by public and private actors) for not having this app installed. We should be able to convincingly deny the opt out...

>Most of the issues with "international banking" are infact just issues with North American banks.

This is true only for transfers between and within Europe, north America and couple of exceptions in Asia. The world is bigger...
