Do you still check individual news sites on top of news aggregators?
For general news, is CNN.com the most reputable? And for those who follow the news consistently, does twitter opinion matter?
Thanks.
Sick people doing sick things. I can't believe pleasuring yourself online has gone viral.

IBM. Apple. Microsoft. Google. The i-line of products. Facebook. Twitter(?). What do you think will be next?
When will kickstarter let non-US projects in?

Will censoring chatroulete "fix" it? Is undesirable content the major reason preventing them from really taking off?
I'd change the name rather than drive traffic to my competitor by accident.
But i'm sure she'd never get a cellphone just like yours. True?
'The young are still building their social graph and can be more open to new things. So all those things that tie people to Facebook won’t be relevant to kids growing up today.'
I agree. Was talking to a 9yr-old yesterday and he didn't know what a playstation was. Thought he was kidding at first.
I don't think fb can be killed anytime soon though. It's just so big. Migration of half a billion people to another social networking service can't be simple.
I'd use 'effective' instead of 'beautiful.'
Seems like you really want to escape the cold. Can't you get a degree in California if money isn't an issue?
"Once you're Apple and you have a bajillion dollars, you can afford to polish the insides of your battery cases"
hilarious. and spot on. thanks.
We used alibaba to order foam surfboards from china. Even with proper design specs, it still took 3 shipments before they got it right. Things just get lost in translation sometimes. Finally got it in the end though. I guess tshirts will be simpler.

I am anal about how clean our site is to the point that sometimes, I piss even myself off. Given that you have a very usable product in a not-so-crowded playing field, is site design a major factor? Or do you just do google did? Release a usable, but messy, product and clean the design later.
the logo's fine. reminds me of the fallout mascot. nice site. very clean.
I've always wondered if apple would ever do that. How they'd stay exist post-jobs.
Maybe Taiwan, Korea or Singapore.

Realistically, when do you think will Apple come out with a multitasking iPad? With the iphone 4, didn't they just instantly obsolete their current ipad?
It does look like startup hovels. Maybe StartupShovels.com would be better?

I thought I had a good idea but, after sobering up, I just realized that I don't. What i'm left with are two names - startupshovels.com and startupshovel.com. Anyone working on something that'll fit?
No tomorrow means a limitless today. Read everything here, forget about it, then do absolutely anything you want until you die. Between now and then, you might find something to live for. Happy journey my friend.
buybackbooks.com, bookbuyback.com, bookbuy.com, hookabook.com, buybooks.com, bbb.com, bookabook.com, hookabook.com, sembook.com
I haven't achieved anything of relevance yet. But I don't think that makes my opinion irrelevant.
Build something better and easier to use and i'll dump Apple, buy your product, and be your number one cheerleader. I was simply trying to convey my surprise that an action totally unrelated to everyday everyman computer use only took a month to become, for me, a reflex.

I've had my iPad for a little over a month. Just today, I was using my desktop and wanted to bookmark an article I was reading. Without thinking, I reach out and touch the monitor to tap the instapaper link. My mind suddenly flashes forward a couple of years and the computer I know and love so much is obsolete. And my iPad is sitting beside me, smiling.
