Posts critical of oligarchy often shoot to number 1, then magically disappear from the homepage. It's a moderation decision.

The entire US economy is tottering due to a lack of anti-trust enforcement.
Even The Economist, an oligarch-friendly magazine, has been hitting the alarm bell on this for over a decade: "America needs a giant dose of competition" https://www.economist.com/briefing/2016/03/26/too-much-of-a-...
The author should sue Nvidia & try to at least force a settlement. What the F are these lawyers doing? When a billion bucks is what you're trying to legitimately claim, the unpredictability of a trial is going to get them to toss you some millions, which is pocket change to Nvidia. At least go get those millions.
It is possible it doesn't work out, but jeez, I'd definitely take the next step. Go consult some more creative lawyers.
This is obviously intentional.
They need to just stop promoting alternative facts and call it Yemen.
This is why I think the billionaire oligarchs are literally mentally ill. They've won the entire game. They control everything. They live like gods, they twitch a pinky and millions dance.
But their response to all of this power is to seek even more of it, destabilizing the very system that has them on top. You would think self-preservation would kick in. The fact that it is not and that their greed knows apparently no bounds is going to lead to their extinction.
For a long time I thought it was hyperbolic to say so, but no longer -- the billionaires are mentally ill.
Are you taking better care of yourself?

Any goodwill they earned has been spent.
Eventually the fact that the US military and government is getting tech support from overseas will catch up. Microsoft is a walking national security disaster.
But all they care about is "line go up next quarter". Their monopoly has made them lazy.
The Iranians have explicitly tweeted:
"For years, we've been awaiting the Americans' entry into the designated points, and for over two decades, we've been training with the asymmetric warfare strategy for this very moment. Now, we have just one message for the American soldiers: Come closer."
