Interesting read. Curious to see what will emerge
This is good! Is this only at participating locations?

Watch out, don't sleep on foursquare! I really believe that it'll continue to get bigger and bigger.

I'm excited to learn more about this. What's interesting is that they plan to feed off of Foursquare, Gowalla, etc. I'm happy that they decided not to kill everyone off. Working together is great =)

Another great read from him. I'd love to know some insider YC stories about entrepreneurs, like the one's mentioned in this article, that YC may have come across over the years.

Re:Kanye West On Creativity on Wednesday March 03, 2010 @09:06AM (#1164077)
I've always liked the crafts of those who are perceived socially to be flawed in some manner. Michael Jackson, Kanye West, and now Tiger Woods to name a few. Even with their problems, I'm still drawn to them solely because their art is inspiring and creative.

What he wrote is interesting. He reminds me of the music industry's Andy Warhol.

Re:Apple Sues HTC for Patent Infringement on Tuesday March 02, 2010 @11:39AM (#1161783)
I was wondering how long it would take Apple to start doing this. A good amount of phones have similar tech to their baby.
Tea! <3

This is great. Helping out the economy and creating jobs that stay in the US.
This is wrong. I don't think their actions are justifiable in any way, but that's my justice-prevails-US-POV. But this line from an officer is crazy: “But this is Foxconn and they have a special status here. Please understand.” Just represents their altered state of operations over there. shrugs I'm just happy the reporter didn't suffer major injuries.
Re:StuffBuff Social Bidding System on Monday February 15, 2010 @06:47PM (#1127880)
A step in the right direction for social e-commerce? It's getting better ... but still isn't there yet in my opinion.
Haha ... if only there was an extension that aggregated everything, right? You'd be able to turn that six to just one. :D
That's nice of them but will anyone still be using this when the iPad drops??

Me too! This is pretty cool
Re:Google Buzz? More Like Buzz Kill on Thursday February 11, 2010 @08:03AM (#1117503)
Buzz should be Google's own starting point for leading into Wave. I think they should turn Wave into the all encompassing aggregator of everything. Then, throw that whole package into Chrome, as opposed to Wave standalone, make it clean/fast, and it would be pretty fun to use. I'd be in Chrome all day without having to load any other social site
Re:Think big with a gig: Our experimental fiber network on Wednesday February 10, 2010 @03:08PM (#1115865)
Really excited about this. Blazing speed!
Re:Google Buzz on Wednesday February 10, 2010 @08:20AM (#1114749)
I like Buzz after using it a bit more on my iTouch (still not available on my computer yet ... :/ ). Still trying to decide if I like Buzz better than Foursquare. It's really fun checking in and competing with your friends, but if you don't live in a populated area like myself, there seems to be not as much interaction. When I signed on with Buzz, there were already people interacting. Sharing tips about restaurants, what they were doing for the day, how they liked Buzz, and etc. Both are definitely fun though! Anyone get to use it on their PC? How is it??
Re:Google Buzz on Tuesday February 09, 2010 @04:16PM (#1113345)
I'm more excited to use this than Wave. =/
