Re:Keploy – Traffic-Based Automated API Test Generator on Tuesday March 31, 2026 @06:10PM (#47594145)
A tool for developers that automatically generates APIs and integration tests from actual user traffic

Running with keploy record without code modification captures network-level traffic with eBPF to generate tests and mocks.

You can record API calls, DB queries, streaming events, etc., and replay them for testing, enabling offline testing without external dependencies.

Supports full infrastructure virtualization including HTTP endpoints, DBs (Postgres, MySQL, MongoDB), and queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ).

Automatic statement/branch coverage calculation for developers, integrated calculation of API schema coverage for QA

AI Reads Swagger/OpenAPI Schemas to Expand AI-Based Coverage: Detecting Missing Fields, Boundary Values, and Type Errors

CI/CD integration support (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Kubernetes (um

Includes collaboration and debugging features such as Mock Registry, Time Freezing, and Console Viewer

Language-independent (eBPF-based) - Supports all runtimes including Go, Java, Node.js, Python, Rust, etc.

but the one I made is better because it's free and unlimited urls can be covered

Is anyone seeing results from LLMSTXT files, or is it just hype?

I've been seeing a lot of chatter about using llmstxt files (the so-called "SEO cheat code" for LLMs) to get better backlinks, visibility, and even organic traffic. The theory is that these files make your site friendlier to LLM crawlers like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Claude—kind of like an XML sitemap for generative AI models. But I haven't come across any hard data or case studies showing that...

Keploy is doing the same thing, in same space - https://github.com/keploy/keploy

Show HN: Convert any sitemap into LLM-friendly llms.txt to help with SEO

https://keploy.io/llmstxt-generator

Been experimenting with how LLMs crawl and interpret content. Realized most sites aren’t optimized for them at all. BUT! the popular ones have already added llms txt fileSo I built a free tool that converts a site’s sitemap.xml into a markdown-style llms.txt file — kind of like robots.txt but for LLMs. It lists useful pages for AI agents to learn from or link to, in plain readable format.Try it...

Since the LLM needs more context around mocks for the unit test, it is better in generating test cases above existing test cases. Not good for generating from scratch for complex applications.

This is a great step if true. I think it's wonderful if someone wants these features but it should take an action to enable them. That way the less-technical users don't get tripped up by the features suddenly appearing with an update. It also means there will be a focus on keeping the system working both with or without these features, instead of having a system that is broken without them.
There will be no cars left. This needs to apply to TRUCKS. This is why you have so many trucks on the road now. One set of standards for trucks and one set of standards for cars is not working.

They should really define "affordable".
What could go wrong?
Re:Sony Will Use AI to Cut Film Costs, Says CEO on Monday June 03, 2024 @12:02AM (#40559214)
Of all major film companies it makes sense that Sony would be the first to push out AI into movies as a lot of their movies already feel like corporate sludge so if the artistic process is already dying over there why not add AI to further that process.
