Sorry, messed up the terms here. You became producer. From the earlier faq that parent posted;

> The following provide some typical examples of who the producer of transport packaging is: - If Company A fills the cardboard boxes and sells them to an end user in another Member State, then Company A would typically be the producer in that other Member State.

According to the PPWR rules, if you (as a webshop) package your shipment in non-branded box and send it from another EU country to another, then you are considered to be manufacturer(=you were the first to bring this into market) and EPR/PPWR rules apply. There is no exemption for this.

100ke might be enough. Once the debt is in enforcement (ulosotto in Finnish), interest can keep accruing at roughly 10%. If your earnings are low, you can pay for years without reducing the principal at all.

Of course, but when getting bank loan(for the llc) to get started you have to give personal collateral.
Re:How Europe is killing makers and micro-entrepreneurs on Monday August 24, 2026 @10:09AM (#49420042)
Perhaps one explanation is personal bankruptcy? At least in Scandinavia/Finland this is an unknown concept. You mess up your business (Ireland has EPR fines upto 500ke) and end up paying company loans for the rest of your life.

And then there is Temu (as a platform). They've done all the necessary EPR/PPWR agreements with various European countries/vendors. It handles all the fees and reporting for Chinese sellers.
Finland has been an EU net contributor since 2001. Now it has among the highest unemployment rates in the EU and is going through austerity, while Poland is visibly building and converging. I understand the logic of cohesion funds, but from Finland it increasingly feels like: we cut, Poland builds.

So are you running Kimi on Verda?
Finnish public sector is also heavy Azure user. Their common ethos is that modern cloud services(=azure) are in many respects more secure than on-premises data centers. In addition, they are cost-effective and reliable.
Finland did that + lot more. Tax system from Gentax, EHR from Epic and social benefits from Salesforce.

Does somebody have the latest on how the Epic EHR is doing in Copenhagen/Zealand regions?

There are no such thing as sovereign AWS/Google cloud in Europe. Marketing-wise maybe.

So were they using the GD instances? (With XXgd instances, local NVMe-based SSDs are physically connected to the host server..) or something else?

Hi! Nice project. Question,"labeled data + radiology report sets", was this something in public domain?

Thanks for the clarification. So few question about this investment bank and their startup-loans (IB-Gründungsdarlehen).

1) Are those difficult to get? Do you need to put lots of collateral into use?(like putting your personal assets/home as guarantee?)

2) Are the interest rates really in the range of 2.99 to 6.12%? For new company?

3) Is it expected that you personally pay back the full amount if the company fails?

So Founder's scholarship: 2,000 euros per month for a period of max. 18 months?

Wow, much better than I expected. How difficult is it to get this scholarship?

So KFW (state investment bank?) has a thing called StartGeld (startup loan). I've wondered about few practicalities 1) What sort of collateral does bank expect from you? 2) Can you really get 125ke or more like 10-20ke? 3) Interest rate is a single digit number? 4) Can you really get 10 year payback periods?

Reason why I'm asking is that in Finland(where I live) these startgeld terms seem like a dream come true for entrepreneur. To give you an example;

1) Tradiotional bank wants collateral for the loan. For a 5k€ loan, 5k€ in deposits are needed. 2) There a lots of Swedish/Norwegian "loan-houses" advertising their services for companies, with interest rates are somewhere between 23-30% per annum.
