For those of us outside the Apple ecosystem, which application is better out of Lastpass, 1Password, KeePass or other?
DMCA takedown requests are sent under the penalty of perjury for false claims, so doing so is a criminal offense. The requester is also subject to civil liability.
Development of weapons-grade uranium for which the only purpose is for use in weapons of mass destruction...

You make it sound like that is a bad thing.

Standard street pay is 70k base and usually bonus in the 40k area (all pro-rated) first year out.
Not poor enough, or enough hardship for you I guess...

Have some sympathy

Great news. The FT mobile app is really well put together. The whole reason why they created it to begin with was to get around Apple's percentage cut of subscription revenue from apps on the App Store.

The FT site is a true example that non-native apps can still be excellent.

3 bedroom would likely be +5k for what you describe in Manhattan.

Re:BankSimple invites first customers; rebrands itself as Simple on Tuesday November 08, 2011 @02:47PM (#3212452)
A non-bank entity cant have the word "Bank" in the name, but any other spelling is okay. BancSimple is legal.

The changed spelling is to indicate that it is not a bank and its accounts are not insured by the FDIC.

e.g. Banc of America Securities, U.S. Bancorp

guess it didnt come through, meant to have text:

O'Reilly.com has a coupon code "MYUPD" which reduces the price of their technical eBooks to $4.99 each

False...

TARP is expect to cost the taxpayers, $25 billion. A small price to pay to avert total financial ruin.

AAA doesn't mean no chance whatsoever and never has, it means minimal credit risk

You obviously don't understand the concept of duration. You are comparing 5-10yr debt to 20-30yr debt.

More apt comparison would be intermediate treasuries, much different picture (time frame also questionable for a pure comparison):

Why would you drop prices when there is no competition? Makes no sense. Basic supply and demand.

Not a total newbie, studied engineering, been programming little projects for years and had a few side jobs while in school doing mostly simple stuff. Will hit you up, curious what you have though, and always looking to make new connections.

Sign of a top in the bubble?

I am considering the jump as well (from i-banking), and have been putting in a considerable amount of work, but part of me is worried the growth we have seen will come crashing down soon and opportunities will disappear. It is hard to give up a nice salary and job security, especially when a similar position is very difficult to return to if things don't work.

FYI, no one is paying $1,000/month for rent in NYC... At least not anywhere reasonably close to Manhattan.
