How remarkable to think that humans would be happy to dehumanize each other at least in language, before anything else at the promise of 'optimising' for something... whatever it is... it could be the 200 year futuristic axe at this point.
I'd love to introduce myself. I'm Jay! I bring in about 8+ years of loving Python with a startup mindset focusing on different domains. I like the grind with a great team building things that would make us proud!
I have prepped up systems of 50 machines and driven uptime metrics to 99.9% across loads of 3k/sec data intensive API calls on globally available services. I've worked with research-driven teams and bring in a research based thought process to solving scaling/operations.
I'm great at scrum calls, helping drive team clarity on tasks, learning new things on the go, building with people, and solving problems with all hands on deck driving focusing on key aspects.
I enjoy being explicit in code/context/communication!

Also, rates of labour, skill, energy expenditure and so many variables will undergo a change in definitions.
I would like to see everyone make it... I believe so would everyone else, if increased lifespans are on the line.

No outright promises though.. but wtf... team spirit is a thing.

A few issues.
Some latencies are present. PTT button pushed propagation time perhaps. Audio stream is a little glitchy sometimes.
Some words/syllables repeat 5-15 times. This effect is seen in message starting and endings usually but also in between sentences.
Message drops before a person releases the button. They say a sentence but get cut off halfway.
But on the whole... a nice thing :)
Also, the need to instinctively smile is replaced with conditional reciprocation based on what they see and assess. That's learned behaviour.
There definitely is something strangely odd about this site. They act as a currency exchange, pilfering huge amounts of money by converting slightly lesser than actual forex value. They apparently converted currency 9 times for 2 small gigs. And I just stopped using this site. They deserve this backlash. From what I can gather the developer is aghast with difficulties and is emotionally distraught to provide a compelling narrative. But the fact remains that sites like these, though they call themselves for freelancers, is purely hogwash about its business and is more than happy to shoot itself in the foot. The ideology of acting like a half-decent marketplace (at least what they purport to be) is somehow lost out on these guys. Shame.
