Re:Ski Voice Coding for Claude Code now available on Linux on Thursday September 03, 2026 @12:39AM (#49546003)
SKI is a voice coding widget that lets you talk to the coding agent. The coding agent can also talk back and tell you when it is done or if it needs you attention.

It is available on all OS - Mac, linux and windows. Completely on-device. No subscription needed.

It is a skill. It doesn't read out the agents output out loud. It just reads out what the agent wants to tell you (the agent decides, and you can tell the agent what updates you need)

Re:Ask HN: How do people use coding agents? on Wednesday April 22, 2026 @04:13PM (#47868677)
I let it make a detailed to do list of issues it has or questions it has and discuss it one by one. And fix and push to git. Works very reliably.

It seems to be good for people who aren't into hardcore usage, but just wants a device with basic functionality and great battery backup at an affordable price
