I guess both is "factual", but both is "biased", or 'selective'.

The first part of ChatGPT's answer is correct: > The answer depends on how you define “country” — politically, legally, and practically

But ChatGPT only answers the "practical" part. While Deepseek only answers the "political" part.

There's nothing technical about it. Funny when many people mentioned propaganda by Deepseek. You're seeing the counter-strike.
In my own experience with openAI's gpt-4o, when feeding with long input, the model simply 'strips' the starting content and answers, while it should output error for more 'accurate' feedback. I switched to my own deployed model for that purpose.

That's a product choice from openAI, not a problem with LLM's long context window input capability.

I honestly thought the US already forced TikTok to store all data on a US company's servers.

As someone mentioned above, several officials openly admittted the "ban" is related to palestine-related matirials on TikTok's platform, as opposed to some other platforms.

I'm pretty sure that before the era of LLM, hired personnel and computer chatbots already exists on major social media platform to serve as "opinion influencers", either for political or commercial purposes. Just that chatbot algorithms are kid of naive, and have been "fished" on several occasions....

The usage of LLM is too obvious, and way cheaper than hired personnel, so it's like "prism". They don't want us to talk about it because it's been going on for so long...
