Re:Claude Code sends your email address to websites on Friday November 06, 2026 @02:35AM (#50389296)
I don't know about that, the other day I caught Claude pulling pages from reddit using part of my email address in the querystring (just the stuff before the @)
Re:Ask HN: What's your current AI agentic setup? on Thursday November 05, 2026 @06:45AM (#50378016)
1) Claude ultra. I ended up using 3 accounts in tandem for some big work I needed to do recently, but the other 2 accounts were only open for a month.

2) I have a cheap OpenAI sub I sometimes use codex on, but just for small tasks when I'm out of tokens on Claude

3) Lab - a frontend I made that let's me run loads of chats in a single UI, I get notified when they need me, if I turn off my PC and load it back up everything picks up where it left off. It'll run compound workflows comprised of multiple prompts+macros, and centrally manages all my agents/skills and MCP servers - they're associated with projects, categories of project etc and rolled out to everyone when changes are made.

4) Hivemind - another one of mine, hivemind's a small self contained binary that acts as a collaboration layer for the agents+me. I send messages to everyone, groups or individuals. They can also ping me and send me desktop notifications if they need me urgently. I get a lot of mileage out of this where file reservations, resource locking etc are concerned. Stops them stepping on each others' toes.

5) No, 100% of my work takes place in Lab (with loads of Claude + Hivemind sessions under the hood)

I’m working on some projects that involve moving files between macOS, Linux, Windows, Android, and iOS, and wanted a no-fuss, cross-platform way to do it over the LAN. I already have uv installed everywhere, so built qrdrop to run with uvx. From any directory you want to share, run:`uvx qrdrop`It starts a temporary HTTP server on your local network and gives you a URL, a generated three-word...

Re:Webcam head tracking, webcam to control in‑game FOV on Tuesday June 02, 2026 @11:43AM (#48371747)
Head tracking's great, the reasons it became a niche thing are easy to overcome in 2026. I've been churning out loads of decoupled look+aim head tracking mods for non-sims with this in mind (all OpenTrack compatible) - https://github.com/itsloopyo#the-mods

Hi all, I've been tirelessly swearing at Claude for several months in an effort to cram head tracking into loads of games and generally make it more accessible.I'm working on dozens of OpenTrack compatible game mods all of which are being released under the MIT license, 9 are out now and can be found on GitHub/Nexus...
