To me, this looks like OpenAI is terrified and tries to come out ahead of the public opinion to control the narrative. Such a shit company.

They built their whole business model on stolen data and act surprised when another company has zero trust in them.

Based on their track record this lawsuit is not unexpected at all.

The only thing AI and VS Code have in common is that they are both tools. But thats where it stops.

The workflow is totally different, even though the output might look the same. When coding "by hand", thinking and reasoning is mandatory. When using LLMs its optional.

I would like a version where you can actually read the information.
>As far as I'm aware, nothing in the Snowden revelations suggested that that the NSA had been able to break SSL/TLS, so it would seem reasonable that it would be very difficult for them to snoop on you while you're googling.

Not sure if you mean in current time, but they used to be able to do that [0]

I think Tinder has some sort of algorithm in place to punish you for swiping right on everyone. Probably not a good idea if you want to get matches
Re:Ask HN: Did you delete your Facebook account in 2018? on Sunday December 30, 2018 @12:02AM (#18787514)
Dude thank you for the blog post. Its short and straight to the point, you nailed it. When I was reading it (mobile) I was hoping you would mention Signal.

Do you mind if I quote your post (and link to it) if I decide to leave facebook?

How did it go? It might be pointless, but I'm curious of the outcome/reactions

Thats what their "excuse" is, yes.

To be honest, I agree with the people saying that this isnt discords responsibility. The real baddies are already using other services, and IIRC Discord has handed over user data for other cases as well
