I was also confused about this when trying to download some artemis photos to use as wallpapers. The galleries default to the "large" size, but if you copy the PIA number of an image and search at https://images.nasa.gov/ you can get the much higher resolution "original" quality.

I used to use forwardemail.net for this and recently switched to cloudflare since I already use it for dns and domain registration. Seems to work fine. I use the same flow as you for outgoing mail in gmail

The simple answer is that you don't need the full bitrate video to have a decent experience. I use Nvidia gamestream locally at 30 to 50 Mbps and it's basically indistinguishable from the real thing. For most people, it doesn't matter if they can't tell the difference.

Not sure if it's possible on Linux, but you should be able to undervolt from within the OS on windows at least. Intel has an extreme tuning utility or you could use throttlestop. Works well on my xps 15.
Electricity rates are kWh, so I think it would be 120k for electricity, not 1.2 mil.

Most 4k tvs, or at least the 250 dollar TCL model I have, support 4k at 60hz over the newer hdmi spec. It works fairly well as a large monitor, even when sitting up close.

The xps 15 is quite good in terms or performance and battery life. I have the 1080p model and it usually lasts around 9 hours with light usage on battery.

Discord makes most of their revenue from selling user data so they probably want to keep as much as possible.

Butwith GrubHub, you know where the food came from and can take action against the restaurant. In this case, the rider had no way to contact or hold responsible the driver, and that in addition to Uber obstructing law enforcement efforts to locate the driver is what made them liable.
