Google Engineers have confirmed an issue with Virtual Private Cloud (VPC). There is an issue with:
Network connectivity from newly created VMs to VMs in different regions
VM to VM communication

In the following locations: asia-east1 (active)
europe-west4-b (active)
us-central1 (active)
Edit: they marked europe-west4-b down again

This strain was already known for person to person transmission. In the south of Argentina we had a big outbreak after a sick person went to a birthday party in 2019.

Reading between lines it also says it going to enforce a 10GB limit on Paid tiers.
> Namespaces on a GitLab SaaS paid tier (Premium and Ultimate) have a storage limit on their project repositories. A project’s repository has a storage quota of 10 GB.
Even it's not mentioned as a change nor in the timeline, but that limit does not exist currently.
