Yeah, when you connect to robinhood, this platform gets access to your Agent account only, not your regular brokerage account.
We are planning to add crypto and prediction markets soon!
1. We get it from yahoo finance for paper trading and Robinhood for users who connect their robinhood account for real trading.
2. You can configure agents to run every 1, every 4 hours, every day or every 3 days.
3. There's a few presets we have. You can check the leaderboard to see how they are doing.

I wanted to try out some AI driven trading strategies so created this platform (https://wallstreetclaws.com) where people can easily create and deploy AI agents for trading. It supports two types of Agents:1. Cortex: Fully agentic strategy execution. An LLM will run your system prompt with access to market data, web search and simulated market APIs.2. Flux: Define advanced quant strategies using...
What you are observing is relativistic aberration. W does make your velocity increase in the forward direction.
RL constrains the space of possible output token sequences to what is likely to lead to the correct answer. So we are inherently making a trade-off to reduce variance. A non-RL model will have higher variance, so given enough attempts, it will come up with some correct answers that an RL model can't.

Query statistics for IPL 2025 using natural language. You can ask questions like:- What is Kohli's strike rate in the first 5 overs of the match?- What is Dhoni's average in matches CSK wins?- What is the average score of the team batting first?- Who are the top 5 batters with highest strike rate (minimum 50 runs scored)?Have fun digging into stats you always were curious about but had no way...
I always thought that the point of instruction tuning and ability to use prompts to get the model to do 0 shot tasks was that you don't have to collect tons of example data/samples. The method proposed here requires you to have tons of data. If you have that, why not just fine tune the underlying model?
I've also been tracking the 'path to graveyard' for the startups from the last 3 years here
https://pivots.fyi/
I've been scraping YC data week over week to track things like changes in founder, pivots in the idea, company shutting down, etc. You can check it out here
https://pivots.fyi/
Thanks! The data is collected by continuously scraping the startup's website and their YC page.
I'm working on pivots.fyi (
https://pivots.fyi/).
It tracks 1000+ startups that have been founded in the last 3 years and showcases how their product, mission, team size, founders, etc. evolve week over week. It is interesting to see how quickly early stage startups pivot.
Looking for feedback/suggestions about how I can make this more useful.

I have a good theoretical understanding of the math behind deep learning and have broad understanding of the recent architectures (Transformers, etc.). I'm looking to improve my practical intuition around this. What are some good resources and/or project ideas to get my hands dirty with training/fine-tuning models that will have a fast iteration time so I can get frequent feedback? I'm...

I'm trying to understand the incentive for engineers to join a startup as a 'founding engineer'. To me it seems like taking on all the risk that a founder takes (pre-pmf, pre-revenue, etc.) but getting a small fraction of the equity that a founder gets. The risk-reward ratio doesn't seem to add up.Looking for insights from folks who have been in the startup world.
Nope. I didn't know about the Gnutella Network when I posted this. I've changed the name since but HN doesn't allow editing posts.
Oh, changed the name of mine!
Didn't know about this famous distributed systems project! Thanks for pointing out, changed the name of mine to codable.live

I'm building this tool to make it easier for educators to create programming videos. It can also be useful for people new to programming to play around with basic data structures and algorithms like Trees, Linked Lists, etc.
Looking forward to feedback from HN :)
Note: Doesn't work very well on Mobile
If you have too many engineers on a problem, they will overengineer stuff. This is a management problem.
I don't have any problem with working with people who are different from me. But I think showcasing the benefits of diversity will make everyone actually embrace it rather grudgingly support it just to be politcically correct.

There's this narrative everywhere that having a diverse team is good for businesses. Instead of just forcing it on everyone, I think it would be very helpful to collect examples where having people from diverse backgrounds in a team helped ship a better product.Example: YouTube figured out that many videos were being uploaded upside down from mobile phones because some left handed person in the...
Insecure websites could get around this by not marking the fields as password fields but using javascript to make them appear so to the user.
In the following scenario:

local: A-B-D
What is the recommended action?
git pull --ff-only will fail, right? So should I be using git pull --rebase?

I was working on an express app with a friend and git auto merged a file after I ran 'git pull'. There were no merge conflicts, but git added duplicate functions to a file after merge. I spent an hour trying to figure our what the problem was before realizing that git had made a mistake while merging.I had never seen such a thing before. How often does something like this happen?
