WebRTC requires which TCP and UDP ports?

Government Enterprises cant just open port range from 0 to 65535 for TCP and UDP, because of many security issues.When we are using Google Chrome WebRTC connection between one point to another point of the world.Which TCP and UDP ports, port ranges should be allowed for signalling/sdp/media please? (i could not find one answer very clearly stating the ports)

I need to play MP4 files which was working fine between Version 46 to 49. But since 50 there is many major bugs which i cant live with.I can go back to Chromium but then MP4 files does not work on it, how can i therefore get Google Chrome version 46 or 47, or 48 or 49?Please advise, i have tried many stackoverflow sites advise but they all seem to fail. can anyone show working example of...

How to Chromium build, compile in Windows?

Google Cloud Platform - is amazing, almost better then Amazon. i bought some CentOS 7 instances and its working great. You can run tons of products and its challenging to take down Amazon.

Please donate existing projects or hire C++, C, Python developers to contribute to the open-source community and pay the developers. There are tons of project they need either donation or developers which get paid for small amounts.

1 - FFMpeg for Windows to become more friendly 2 - NodeJS for Windows to become more easy and friendly so that we can stop using fooling us by moving to random programming languages : Java, C#, D, Go etc etc

3 - Please invest on TWAIN, ISIS, SANE protocol to be Freely available in NodeJS

4 - Please invest on rfc-turn servers 5 - Please invest VLC. To make for windows operating system to have screen-capture and then make that captured screen to be available as virtual webcam source. Like Manycam

6 - Please invest for Node-WebKit, to make it for windows bulletproof hackers browser.

+Desk: 5 desk. +Chair: 2 +Monitor: 44" samsung, Medion 23". 3 Laptop (OSX, Surface pro 3 with windows 8.1 pro and linux, Alienware with windows 10, linux)

+Keyboard: no keyboard, only in my laptop bag i have one external keyboard. always use laptop

+Music: Never play music to concentrate on complex programming. Play music after official working hours which is from 8AM till 7PM

+Hours: 7AM till 03AM, round the clock. Eyes hurts, ass hurts.

When i was kid, i used to watch a lot of cartoon network channels and used to by CAR toys and open them to see inside how its made.

maybe let them play with stuff like how its make to discover themself then later they become good logical analyst.

I have a KIOSK in Railway, where public users are using the KIOSK to print Train tickets.
