This is great, I had a limited number of queries with my previous plan and I would end end using duckduckgo most of the time out of fear of "wasting" my limited kagi searches.
The mental gymnastic of having to decide if a search is worth using Kagi for, ended up in my not really using Kagi..
This unlimited (and reasonably priced) solves this, thanks!
Thank you Bram, you will not be forgotten. RIP
What is wrong with the EFF?
I don't recall ever giving my phone number either and my number is detected by HIBP..
iirc the "landing crane" was doing autonomous live analysis of the terrain and making the necessary last minute adjustments to avoid problematic areas.
> Conversely, sending every URL that a user visits to some external service, where it could be logged and data-mined by nefarious third parties (i.e Google)
As in, just like DNS.
Excellent investigation on that SO question. I had no idea, thank you for sharing.

Regarding Toby, how confident are you that it is not another case of “you’re the product”?
I still need to dig into their extension code to see how chatty it is, their FAQ doesn’t mention how data is synced to their servers.

Nice to see things moving forward !
I've been a very happy neovim user for over a year now (on linux).
My switch was pre-vim 8 so the ability to have things (like plugins) run asynchronously was a huge plus, but now vim has that too.
For me the biggest selling point is the plugin architecture, I've been a vim user for over a decade now, and I'm only writing my own vim plugins now, because neovim allows me to do that in the language of my choice (ie. not VimL).

Same here, and the procedure is pretty straightforward.

The implementation in the blog post does handle exhaustiveness via the "default" case of the switch statement.

Pretty much the same here in Paris, France.

The HN community seems to be giving a lot of praise for 1Password, Lastpass and Keepass occasionally. But rarely mention Dashlane, I'm curious as to why ?
This is interesting.
Yelp has also started doing something along these lines selecting quotes from reviews in which a word that occurs frequently has been found.
Love tmux, fail to see how desk and tmux are related. I think you missed the point.
Wheb i boot up, i still have to ^R to cd to the right location, and then ^R again to "compile" etc.
I'm looking forward to trying this out, direnv (mentionned above) seems like an even better idea.
Was and still am a big evernote fan. I just switched away from it towards tiddlywiki to be in full control of my data.
