I'm keen to write a formula that clears up confusion about percentages for early-stage startups.I don't want to repeat the wheel - does anything like this exist?eg: instead of simply assigning 33% to each founder at the start (when you have no idea or commitment) you have a big pot you can assign percentage from:All these percentages are made up as an example: Came up with idea: 5% Worked on...

Yep - simplicity is compelling to the user and it makes an app easy to market - kind of a win/win situation

No - we were lucky and just got featured - that's kind of why I know it's a chance I don't know if I'll get again and want advice to make the most of it.

Part of the fun and beauty of it though I think is that you can't stop - you are on a rolling train therefore under pressure to get it right in one take = it's kind of exciting that way ;-)

How do we captitalize on this - we are getting 1500 downloads a day as a free app - what's the best way forwards - anyone with experience?

Sure - developers can access services that are cheaper than this. Outside of HN developers are a minority though and tools like Dropbox took a tech that was available to techies and brought it to the masses.

Some pointless comments here kicking a person while they are (or their server is) down - I'll never understand that mentality

Need a new Screensharing tool

As I'm sure many of you do, we totally rely on audio chat and screensharing to enable our remote working.Skype has been our default tool since around 2009 but it's now starting to get a little too unreliable - cutting out/poor quality video etc.Has anyone had success with any other tools that they could please recommend? It's purely pair programming although sometimes we do invite other people...
